  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Priority handling and processing.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days.

  • Includes package protection and one complimentary replacement for packages confirmed lost in transit.

❗ Tracking Updates & Transit Delays

If your tracking has not updated for more than 25 consecutive days, please contact our support team. We will investigate the shipment and determine whether a replacement or resolution is appropriate.


📦 Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking status indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check around your property, mailbox, reception desk, or mailroom.

  • Ask family members, neighbors, or building management.

  • Contact your local courier directly using the provided tracking number.

For customers who purchased Priority Insured Shipping, eligible lost-in-transit shipments may qualify for a replacement after verification.

Vitallys Life is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Depending on your country, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees may apply.

These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
