Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and in reasonable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested and approved before returning any product.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

📦 Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or develops a manufacturing defect within 120 days of delivery:

  • Include clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • We will review your claim and arrange a replacement at no additional cost when applicable.

In most cases, you will not be required to return the defective product.

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

💰 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

Because we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing your order.

  • If your order has not yet entered the fulfillment process, a full refund will be issued.

  • If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but may still qualify for return under this Refund Policy once delivered.
